Our 7-Step Process
Step 1: Give Us a Call!
The first step on this adventure is to contact 5 Sons Naturescapes. We are social people and we love to communicate effectively and in a timely manner. We promise we are not robots.
We want to respond to you! We will find a way to help you and give recommendations. We find a common problem with contractors is they will not call you back if they can not help you. We WILL call you back no matter what. If we can help, we will schedule a time to come and check out your project.
Step 2: Free Consultation
We come to you. Tell us what you need. We will let you know how we can help. Let us know what your budget and timeline is and we will prepare your estimate.
Step 3: Estimate and Design Proposal
We hit the drawing board and you sit back and relax. We will provide you with a bid proposal estimate and simple concept sketch at no cost to you. If the project requires a more detailed or multi-phase design plan, fees will apply. The degree of design necessary for the project will be decided upon at our first meeting. This process takes roughly 7-14 days. Certain projects may take longer.
Step 4: Sign and Schedule
After we have given you the proposal estimate we will wait in earnest for your YES. Once you (and your spouse) decide to move forward we sign agreements (included in the bid proposal) and schedule an approximate installation time.
We require a 50% deposit upfront. This allows us to pre-order materials for the project and commits us to complete your project in as timely a manner as possible.
Step 5: Installation
We will communicate with you on the timeframe of your project as the season progresses. We ask for patience from our customers on start dates as weather and delays are very common in our industry. Our promise to you is we will communicate these delays as effectively as possible. An approximate installation time will be included in your estimate (from start date). This can be anywhere from half a day to a month or more depending on the type and size of the project. After officially starting your project it will be our main priority until completion.
Step 6: Payment and Review
After the completion of your project we will schedule a final walk through of the site and present the final invoice. We are proud of the services we provide and want to ensure our customers feel content and happy with the final product. We encourage our customers to help make us better by being honest with us about anything that does not meet expectations as well as anything that exceeds expectations.

Step 7: We check in on you!
